Please note that we process orders in the order we receive them, not by the event date.
- Our regular turnaround time for invitations/cards is 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & Holidays) from the date we received all your payment and info (photo is optional).
- Orders received on Friday after 3pm, will be processed the following business day.
- Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your proof.
Once your proof is approved your order will ship within 48 hours (most cases quicker:) excluding weekends.
- If you need your Party Favors/Labels FAST and would like to see a proof within 24 hrs (Excludes Sat & Holidays, you can add EXPRESS SERVICE, with this your order will be rushed and will be pushed to the front of the line!
- We ship all orders via USPS. You will have an opportunity to select your shipping method during the ordering process ( at checkout).

- Invitations: You will receive your proof within 24 hrs (excludes Sat and Holidays) and we will send your printable file as soon as you approve it.
- Party Favors: We will create, print and ship your labels within 24-36 hrs (excludes Weekends and Holidays)
