I like your designs, but I'm looking for a particular theme that I don't see in your site, can you create this for me?
Absoultely! we not always list ALL our designs on our website as we have TONS, we still updating our site everyday, if you are looking for a particular design or theme you can email us and ask if we have it, if we don't have it we'll be more than glad on creating this for you, CLICK HERE to request a new designs.

How can I receive 40% OFF for my Thank u notes & Insert cards?

Can I use a different photo &/or designs for my Thank you notes?
Absolutely, you can even send me a picture once the party is over, or whenever you are ready!

 

Can I choose my own wording?
Sure, you can use any wording you want ( as long as it fit in the design) we can also change the Fonts, Colors and Numbers (age) , almost everything is editable in my designs!

If I'm not happy of how my picture looks in the design can I send you a different picture? 
Sure! Just make sure to tell me before I start working in your proof, please note that there is an addional fee each time we change your photo after your proof has been sent.

 

Are envelopes included in my orders? 
No, because this is a digital invitation. You can find envelopes for sale HERE.

 

What’s the price for Bakckground removal?
The price for removing the Background Removal is $5 per image/ person.

I sent you an email but I still have not hear from you, what's going on?
Our Goal is to respond to emails within 24 hrs (excluding Sat & holidays), however if it's a busy week it may take a little bit longer ( no more than 48 hrs)  

We respond to emails as soon as we read them, If you still have not hear from me after 48 hrs, please try to re-send your email, sometimes we've got emails blocked and sent directly to our spam folder.

Can the wording on your products be translated into another language? 
Absolutely! If you provide the translation/language we can place it on any of the products we will arrange the wording to fit in , Sometimes I may have to change the font/type because there are some fonts that don't allow me use punctuation .
